Fat-Burning Kettlebell Workout

This short, easy-to-follow kettlebell workout is perfect on its own as a quick cardio routine but can also be used as an add-on to another workout. You’ll need a 4- to 8-pound kettlebell, or do the moves without the kettlebell along with some low-impact cardio to warm up. Repeat the entire sequence 3-4 times and remember to cool down and stretch when you're done.
