Think you need weights to tone your arms? Think again! These arm exercises use resistance provided by your own body to sculpt toned arms without building bulk or adding stress to your joints.

Because there’s no equipment required, you can do this arm-toning routine anywhere: your desk at work, on the floor of your living room, or at the gym!
