Lower Body Blast
Are you ready for a killer lower-body workout? All you need is a set of heavy weights and a timer. This challenge by The FIRM Master Instructor Emily Welsh is full of squats, lunges and pliés that target your glutes and inner and outer thighs, plus a couple of calorie-blasting “mini bursts.” Make sure you warm up, repeat the sequence 2-3 times, and cool down and stretch when you are finished.
