For many of us who work, finding excuses to avoid exercising is easy. Work deadlines get in the way, you’re too tired or have too much to do when you get home ... the list goes on. But now you can lay those excuses to rest! This desk workout includes simple exercises you can perform during your work day. The movement breaks will not only get your blood flowing, but they may increase focus, making you more productive.
