The Step360 Lower Body and Core Workout
This Step360 workout will tone and strengthen your lower body and core. You'll want one set of medium or heavy dumbbells and one light weight. If you don't have a Step360, do these exercises on the floor and focus on keeping your abdominal muscles engaged while performing the lower-body exercises.
Be sure to warm up before you begin this series, then repeat the sequence 2-3 times. Don't forget to stretch when you are done with your workout!
