Step360 Core and Cardio Interval Workout
30-second interval routine from The FIRM

The Step360 is a fantastic tool for cardiovascular training and core stabilization. In this four-minute interval workout, you’ll rotate between 30 seconds of high-intensity cardio training and 30 seconds of balance and core training. Warm up for five minutes, then complete the sequence three to six times.
Don’t have a Step360? Use a regular step or Bosu ball, or do the routine on your mat!
