Stand Up for Strong, Sexy Shoulders
From The FIRM® Master Instructor Jennifer Ray
The shoulder has the greatest range of motion of any joint in your body. But this large range of motion can lead to joint problems, so it’s important to keep your shoulders strong and healthy.
These three circuits will help you maintain shoulder strength and flexibility, as well as improve your posture. You will need a resistance cord, sets of 3-8 lb. dumbbells and a stability ball. Complete all of these exercises three times through, and do them on a regular basis to keep your shoulders strong and toned!
