Do you want a core workout that you can do anywhere? These five core exercises require only one thing: a floor. You can use a yoga mat or a towel for cushioning, but no additional equipment is needed. All major areas of your core will be hit in this “no frills” routine, so it’s perfect to do alone or in combination with another workout.
