Rebekah’s Kick-Butt Lower-Body Workout

This no-fuss lower-body workout combines simple sculpting moves— using only your bodyweight as resistance — with lower-body focused power moves. You’ll target your butt and legs, work your heart and burn calories in a relatively short amount of time. Be sure to warm up first, then complete the series one to three times. Remember to cool down and stretch when you’re done!
