Your body just got you through another workout. With a smile of accomplishment, you head for the shower. STOP! It’s time to repay those muscles for their hard work. Stretching increases flexibility, improves your range of motion and may even help prevent injuries.

All you’ll need for this stretching routine is a little space, a resistance cord and your tennis shoes. To ensure that the cord doesn't roll off your foot, don’t perform this routine without shoes.
