Erika’s Peripheral Heart Action Challenge

This total-body routine combines Peripheral Heart Action weight training and FIRM Express-style mini bursts to sculpt lean muscles and burn calories. PHA sequencing keeps your heart rate elevated by alternating lower-body and upper-body exercises; pair it with a fat-torching mini burst and you'll get maximum results in minimum time!

You’ll need a range of weights and a mat for this workout. And as always, be sure to warm up before you begin your workout and cool down and stretch when you're done.
