Allie’s Time Crunch Total-Body Sculpt

Since having my daughter, Alivia, I've been short on time for exercising. I longed to complete a total-body workout without being interrupted. Good luck, right? Well, I figured out a way to sneak one in whenever I have a few minutes of free time!

After warming up, do the first round with a lighter set of weights, then go heavier each round after. If you can, repeat the circuit 2-3 times. And as always, remember to warm up and cool down when you’re done.
