Interval training: It's nothing new, but it sure is an effective way to burn fat and calories! This 10-minute challenge uses mini bursts of 8 seconds of work and 12 seconds of recovery – the beeps tell you when to start and stop. All you need is a jump rope, which is optional, so there's no excuse not to give it a try!
