Burn major calories and sculpt muscles fast in just 10 minutes! This total-body combination workout of heavy weight-training exercises with cardio bursts can be done one, two or three times for amazing changes.
You'll need your heaviest hand weights. Before you begin, warm up with 3-5 minutes of low-impact cardio that includes upper body movement. Perform 12 reps of each exercise. Challenge yourself: Go for round two… or three! When you’re done, cool down and stretch the muscles you worked.
