Valerie’s Weight Loss Story

Adored as an actress, Valerie Bertinelli’s long and celebrated resume has expanded to include equally beloved TV personality, spokesperson and best-selling author. Lo and behold, she not only lost more than 40 pounds, she realized new and remarkable success as the face of Jenny Craig®, authored the New York Times No. 1 best-seller Losing It, and inspired millions of people to try to become their best and healthiest selves.

The Valerie Bertinelli weight loss story has continued to help and inspire millions through her work with Jenny Craig, which now includes the workout DVD Losing It and Keeping Fit produced with Gaiam. She recently put the finishing touches on her second book, Finding It, which came out from Simon & Schuster's Free Press imprint in October 2009. She’s also served as a correspondent for “The Rachael Ray Show.” Valerie lives in Los Angeles and just completed her first half-marathon.
