Questions about yoga ball body therapy system

What are these balls like?

What parts of the body are rolled out on the DVD?

Are they like the body rolling balls from Yamuna Body Rolling or the FitBall Body Therapy Balls from Ball Dynamics?

Has anyone who has used the Gaiam balls who can contrast it with these other systems? Do the Gaiam balls come with a hand pump?
