Diets alone aren't going to help though. Much more than dieting, exercise should be a priority.
It's much better to eat healthy and exercise to burn calories than to simply cut eating back.
I've been eating vegetarian for a while now, which helped my body lose some excess fat, but I didn't actually start to see good results until I began riding my road bikes, going to the gym or running.

Ashtanga yoga gets me in great shape fast. I wouldn't jump too hard into any new diet or exercise program, but starting to incorporate a good workout a few times a week with a diet that is mostly plant-based and non-processed should be a good start!
Crash dieting, or even crash exercising, is a bad idea, especially if you haven't already been exercising regularly.
Instead, make the most of the exercise that you do between now and then by being smart about it, and eat properly.
You can lose A LOT of weight in one month by effectively eating and exercising, but if you try to get extreme about it, you'll probably end up worse off than you were before.
