Gratitude

What I am grateful for today:

My loving partner who unselfishly shares of himself, and supports me unconditionally every day.

My loving Mother who would do anything to see her Baby safe and happy.

My wonderfully spirited friends to the end.

My peaceful and warm home.

The beautiful wonders of nature.

The regenerative nature of the body and earth.

My healthy body and strong spirit.

My open heart and mind.

When we take time to honor and to truly appreciate all that we love in our lives, we then attract only more of what we love and desire into our lives.

I would be honored if anyone would like to share what they are grateful for.

Joy,

Your message was well said!

There are moments, especially very early in the morning, when the word "gratitude"

does not seem sufficent. It allways makes me laugh when I catch myself trying to

"super-size" it.!

Thanks for sharing

What a beautiful and inspiration post!  Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.

I have printed your page and will refer to it when I am feeling down.  I am grateful for many of the same things.  The first line (about your partner) matches my feeling exactly!

 I am also grateful for:

My two healthy and  happy sons.

My yoga and meditation practice.

That I live in the same town where I work part-time.

I have a plaque in my kitchen that says "Take time to love the little things"  That's one motto I try to live by.

I keep a daily gratitude journal.  Early morning & late evening I list all that I am grateful for each day.  You have covered many of my entries above.  This keeps me centered & reminds me in hard times just what IS really important.
I had a necklace made that says "GRATITUDE" with a little pearl next to the word (which is stamped into sterling silver) as I could never find anything that said Gratitude .. those little stones ...that sort of thing.  I find it so VERY interesting to see people's reactions when they see it.  Just yesterday a coworker said "What does that say??"  I told her & she looked at me funny & said "What does THAT mean??"  I feel badly for those who do not KNOW gratitude!!  I explained it & she still didn't "get it".  We are both in our 50's ...
    Today I am grateful for:

my youngest son is 24 years old today

my oldest son is getting married to a wonderful gal on HIS 28th birthday (Aug. 23)  I got the invitation in the mail this morning.

Our home will welcome all for the reception following the wedding

the guide dog puppy I am raising for Guide Dogs for the Blind in San Rafael, CA was able to sit through my doctor's appointment today!!

All the wonderful people I meet & visit with when I am out & about with the guide puppy

....I could go on, but will spare you ;)

Wow!  I am going to print that out and keep it near, too!

Really makes you think about what is most important in life

I am grateful for my health returning slowly but surely.

I am grateful for my Brother Jim, who loves me unconditionally.

I am grateful for my kitty Cally, who chose me to be her mommy by showing up at my door one day.

I am grateful for my friend Rod who helped me realize  what a beautiful person I am inside and how to bring that out and to not be afraid of it.

I am grateful for life itself!

Life is beautiful!
