For some, spirit could be what connects us to the collective energy that exists in nature and all things that surround us, and spirituality and enlightenment being an expression of it. The soul could be regarded as a type of individual, identifiable energy manifested in (and giving life to) a body or vessel. Just one perspective. I'm interested to see what others have to say.
