Cool video of Hip Hop culture legend, impresario, mogul, and all-around cool guy Russell Simmons talks to Oz Garcia of Lime about Yoga and even does a short routine.
You can tell he really does love Yoga - he not only talks about what he feels physically, but also spiritually, and how cleansing it is for the mind.
